In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will also be responsible for reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing support to our management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide support to the finance team in preparing for audits and financial reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a maritime or engineering firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
