In this dynamic role, you'll use tools like Shopify and Salesforce to manage inventory and track sales performance. You'll also work with our marketing team to develop promotional strategies that highlight our unique selling points.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Represent Nutec Feeds & Solutions, Inc. at retail outlets, ensuring our products are prominently displayed and well-stocked.
• Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and demonstrating the benefits of our feeds and solutions.
• Manage inventory using Shopify and Salesforce, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
• Collaborate with retail partners to develop and implement merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and sales.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Assist in the development and execution of promotional activities, such as in-store displays and customer engagement events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into our strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field, preferably in the feed or pet industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and retail partners.
• Proficient in using Shopify and Salesforce for inventory management and sales tracking.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
• Certification in retail management or merchandising is a plus.
