Rejeki Citra Store is looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in achieving their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring timely payment.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external use.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.,Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Support the finance team in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
