Moon Express Corporindo is looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the receptionist calendar.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including managing supplies and equipment.,Handle visitor sign-in and sign-out, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed.,Monitor and maintain the reception area's security and safety.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive visitor experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate or business environment is a plus.
