📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and mentor junior learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development.,Proven track record of successfully implementing training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
