📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate banquet events, including menu selection, staffing, and logistics.,Manage banquet staff and ensure they are well-trained and motivated.,Oversee the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the banquet area.,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Monitor banquet inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available for events.,Prepare and present post-event reports to clients and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or catering services.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with banquet software and event planning tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
