📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Manage a team of accountants and ensure they are well-trained and motivated.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions and reconciliations.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with accounting software and technologies.
