📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets health and safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant's image and brand are maintained and promoted effectively.,Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that food and beverage are prepared and served to the highest standards.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar business.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
