📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.Provide feedback and coaching to the recruitment team to improve performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
