📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform proactive maintenance and monitoring of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, servers, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Document all IT activities, including system configurations, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and capacity, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on on-site support and maintenance.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Proficiency in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.
