As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of financial and operational compliance within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.,Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions to mitigate these risks.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO) is a plus.
