📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
