Sentral Zahra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for efficiency and organization. This role is crucial in ensuring our delivery and transportation operations run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling routine maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all legal requirements.,Handle vehicle documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Provide support to the logistics team in managing delivery schedules and routes.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
