Up Bay Dinamis is seeking a skilled Deputy Internal Audit to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization. You will work closely with the Internal Audit team to conduct audits, review financial statements, and provide recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Review financial statements and records to identify areas of risk and opportunity.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff to enhance their audit skills and knowledge.,Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management and staff.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
