Cafe Gilang Bakery is looking for an experienced Assistant Team Leader to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring they are motivated and productive.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.,Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Contribute to the development and implementation of the café's strategic plans.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor and report on team performance and sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
