📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and leading a team of professionals.,Support the Team Leader in developing and implementing team strategies and goals.,Coordinate and monitor team performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.,Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.,Support the Team Leader in managing team resources, including budget and time.,Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.,Support the Team Leader in managing team relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the organization and planning of team events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Ability to travel as required.
