📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring smooth daily operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality.,Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of ingredients.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Assistant Head Chef in a similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
