DRIFT Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and wants to make a difference in a growing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Assisting with the setup and execution of sales promotions and events.
  • Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
  • Assisting with the training and development of new staff members.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both customers and colleagues.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.
  • Assisting with the ordering and receiving of new stock.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and retail management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
