📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.,Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.,Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.,Provide operational support to the management team as needed.,Conduct regular audits of operational processes to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices.,Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or administrative field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Experience with ERP systems is a plus.Familiarity with data analysis tools.Understanding of quality management principles.Experience with remote work and collaboration tools.
