Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential losses.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong background in process improvement and optimization.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
