PT Digital Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.,Ensure technical accuracy and clarity of documentation through reviews and revisions.,Create and manage documentation templates and style guides.,Train and mentor junior technical writers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.,Participate in product development meetings and provide input on documentation needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software documentation.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
