📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
