📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Monitor team performance and provide feedback,Coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Assist in training and developing junior staff,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes,Maintain accurate records of all operations and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
