• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration with global operations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor management processes.
• Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize advanced supply chain management tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions to improve supply chain performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing global supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
