📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the company's coal assets, including reserves, production, and processing facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of coal reserves and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of coal asset managers and support staff.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to identify new coal opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate coal asset management into overall business strategy.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to anticipate and respond to changes in the coal market.
• Report to the Board of Directors on the performance and value of coal assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in coal mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing coal assets and improving operational performance.
• Strong understanding of coal market dynamics, pricing, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of mining software and tools, such as Vulcan, Surpac, or Datamine.
• Certification in safety management and environmental compliance, such as ISO 45001 or ISO 14001.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
