CV Pratama Bukit is seeking a dedicated Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development department in creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Support the creation of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training sessions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Support the Learning and Development department in managing the training budget.,Assist in the administration of training records and participant feedback.,Support the organization of training events and workshops.,Assist in the development of learning and development strategies to align with the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
